1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.jyotish.live (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service confirms your acceptance of these terms and any future updates.

2.Description of Service

Jyotish Live is an AI-powered Vedic astrology platform. You enter birth details (date, time, and place of birth), and our system generates digital astrology content for your personal use. We currently offer three types of paid products, all delivered electronically after payment:

• Individual Reports — one-time AI-generated PDF reports on specific life areas (e.g. Marriage, Career, 12 Months Forecast).
• Subscription Passes — fixed-duration access passes (Pro or Premium, 3-month or annual) unlocking higher monthly question limits, additional charts, and premium features. These are one-time passes, not auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Question Packs — prepaid AI-question credits (1, 5, or 10 questions) that never expire and are usable across all features.

3.Nature of Insights & Disclaimer

• All reports are generated by automated systems and artificial intelligence. They are intended for entertainment, reflection, and personal interest only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insight, prediction, or interpretation provided.
• Our Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, psychological, or any other qualified advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making important life decisions.
• You use the reports and any insights at your own discretion and risk.

4.User Responsibility

The quality of your report depends on the data you provide. You are responsible for entering accurate birth details, including date, time, and place of birth. We are not liable for reports generated from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading input.

5.Payment Terms

• Access to paid reports requires a one-time payment. There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
• Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies (INR, USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and others). The final amount charged will be shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers (including Razorpay and Merchant of Record platforms). We do not directly store your card or banking details.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment provider to charge you for the selected product.

6.Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including software, design, branding, text, graphics, and the structure of AI-generated reports — is the property of Jyotish Live or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use your personal report for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from the Service without prior written permission.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jyotish Live and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including decisions made based on the content of any report. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, at our discretion, if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except as described in our Refund Policy.

9.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service will be handled in good faith and, where required, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
